The Oaks of Lakeview is located in Mt. Juliet, TN off of Saundersville Ferry Road near Old Hickory Lake in Wilson County. Our neighborhood is made up of beautiful, custom-built brick homes on inside and outside lots. As a team, we work together to keep the Oaks of Lakeview safe and attractive so that the property values remain high, and our neighborhood continues to be a wonderful place to live and raise a family.

Keeping You Up to Date
Annual Dues Invoices 2023-24
Annual dues invoices for fiscal year April 1, 2023 - March 31, 2024 have been mailed to all homeowners. Annual dues are $125 for the inside lots and $75 for the outside lots. Your dues help to pay for the upkeep of our beautiful front entrance, including mowing, landscaping, lights and water. We also have to pay for the street lights, HOA insurance, annual backflow inspection, Attorney fees, PO Box, banking fees, State registration fees, website maintenance, mailings, postage, etc., and any unexpected expenses that may occur. If you have not already paid your current dues, please make your check payable to the Oaks of Lakeview HOA and drop it in the mail at your earliest convenience. Timely payment is appreciated. Late fees and penalties will apply.

If you are interested in serving on the Board, or in another capacity, please send an email to oaksoflakeview@gmail.com. We are always looking for new members to share their ideas, and to support the HOA in a variety of roles, including the social committee and website support.
New Street Signs Installed!
The HOA has replaced the street signs. The black poles were sanded and re-painted with a rust proof paint, and then re-installed to save on cost. This also includes the stop signs. The panels with the street names look the same but are reflective. The cost was $1,656.00. A special thanks to the Reigard's for getting us a discount. We hope you enjoy the new street signs.
Back Flow System at Front Entrance
It was recently discovered that the back flow system at our front entrance was missing. The device looks like a big brass fitting with white plastic pipe on each end. We contacted A-Certified Backflow and West Wilson Water Company to report it missing and were told that there had been an increase in the number of customers reporting stolen back flow systems. Apparently, people are stealing them for the copper. The device was replaced on June 16, 2017 at a cost of $570.78. Unfortunately, this was an unexpected expense for the HOA this year.
Streets Lights - No Longer Covered Under Warranty
The HOA received notification from Middle Tennessee Electric that they no longer offer maintenance contracts on “builder installed” street lights, so the street lights in the cul-de-sacs are no longer covered under warranty. Any future repairs or maintenance will be billed directly to the HOA. Fingers crossed that we do not experience any issues with our street lights, or this will be an unexpected expense.
